This time around, I manage to find a cake recipe that I can bake. As in using my oven. Gotta choose one that I am confident in doing it and I have all the ingredients! (somewhere in my cupboard). I started baking quite late... about 10 pm. Because, according to the recipe, I only need to bake it for 45 mins. Hmm... that saves me a lot of time (as oppose to steaming a cake for 2 hours, that's 120 mins). It went well, but I think I over beat the eggs. It's not bad. Hahahaha. Actually, my mom likes it better than the steamed cake. It taste lighter and less moist. And took about 1 hour to be fully baked.
