Jon finally caught the flu bug. Its been going around lately and I was just wondering when Jon would get it. He had a bit of blocked nose (gets worse when he cries) and now a bit of coughing. I think his has throat infection or something cos he lost his appetite. Jon will wake up about every 2 hours at night as he finds it hard to breathe with his blocked nose. And I have to console him back to sleep. Of course, I have to wake up every 2 hours as well. Oh well, got used to this routine every time he has flu. Will be taking him to visit his Dr. cos its going to be CNY soon and I hope that he won't be sick then. I would like to see him enjoying CNY celebration as much as possible. He'll be able to see and play with his relatives (the ones that he doesn't get to see that often). Not that he'll remember any of them at this young age but just giving him a chance to get acquainted with them.

Nowadays with the internet, PS I, II & III, gameboys, nintendos, golf courses... the "playground" has evolved. I would like to see Jon growing up with good memories and enjoying his childhood to the fullest. Always get reminded by Hubby that I do not succumb to the pressure of the world (when it comes to Jon's upbringing) by replacing his play-time with tuition classes, music classes, art classes, etc. Pray that I'll do the the right things with Jon. Eventhough if I don't (do it correctly) sometimes, the mistakes I make won't cause harm to Jon... hopefully .
