Showing interest

I should have taken a few pics of Jon today. He came back with an empty Pooh container! Not really sure whether he finished the bread on his own or he had help. Hehehe. The teacher said the other kids kinda "shared" his food cos they can't be simply looking at him having all the cute little cut out bread, right. I don't mind at all. I used to pack extra food for him so that he can share his food with other kids. And I strongly feel that he will eat more when his peers are eating as well. That was the first day.

On the second day, Jon woke up quite early. Watched his cartoons while I prepare his bread and some sausage for him. When I was almost done, he came to the kitchen and "kidnap" his pooh bread. Then he came for more..so I let him have the whole Pooh container and he ate 7 pooh bread. I was so happy. He didn't like the sausage though. Hmm.. I think I need to go and get other spread for him else he'll get bored with the peanut butter pooh bread. Chocolate spread maybe. Next time I'll let him try some vegetable or fruits.

Last nite, he took a slice of carrot cooked in one of the vegetable dish. Hubby was so surprised and asked me since when he like carrots. There is a light at the end of the tunnel indeed. Its a slow process of introducing new food to Jon but at least he is showing more interest in other food.

2 thots counted:

oohh good for jon! danish won't take any vege at all, not even carrot or potato....buy la chocolate spread, danish can eat bread with choc spread for whole day (bfast/lunch/tea time/inner)!

Jon pon ikut mood. I slalu "seludup" sayur2/ ayam dalam nasi dia masa feeding. After a few months baru dia accept makan ayam secara rela. Sometimes dia rela ajer makan nasi putih. Aha... Jon pon suka chocolates a lot. Kalau bukak fridge, chocolates la sasaran dia. I know how you feel. Mmg susah hati, kan.
