Jon is officially pacifier-free! Yippee. At 2 years and 5 months! Whew. And it happened by "accident". Well, Jon had a little accident one day. He tripped, fell and cut his lips a bit. Then he voluntarily pushed away his pacifier cos it hurt his lips. So after 2 days without pacifier, I took this opportunity to try to wean him from it. He was cranky at night without it and at times try to look for his pacifier in his diaper bag. We just said, "No more" and tried to distract him with other things. Soon he forgot about it and we are free from pacifier. I was afraid to throw it away, just in case he need it again but I think I can safely get rid of it now. Another milestone achieved!
